The '''Classification Viewer''' in Grooper is a specialized interface designed to help users review and manage the results of automated document classification within a Batch. Its primary purpose is to ensure that each Document in a Batch is correctly identified and assigned the appropriate Document Type, supporting quality assurance and exception handling in document processing workflows.

== Accessing the Classification Viewer ==
To open the Classification Viewer:
# Navigate to the '''Batches''' page in Grooper.
# Locate and select a Batch that contains a Classification Viewer activity as part of its Batch Process.
# Double-click the Batch to launch the Review interface.

===Navigating the Classification Viewer interface:===
* The interface displays a list of Documents within the Batch, along with their current classification status.
* Panels such as the '''Document Types''' panel and the main Document list help you view and manage classification results.
* Tabs or views may be available for switching between different perspectives, such as Folder View, Thumbnail View, or Data View.

== Reviewing Classification ==
To review classification results for each Document:
# Select a Document in the Batch list.
# The interface will display the assigned Document Type and the confidence score for the classification.
#* Review the classification details, which may include:
#** The confidence score indicating how certain Grooper is about the classification.
#** Additional details or evidence used to determine the Document Type.
=== The Confidence Score ===
The "Confidence Score" is, as the name states, a percentage score Grooper gives a Document that tells how confident it is that a Document is a certain Document Type. For example, let's say you have an invoice in your Batch from a company named Fairdeal. You, as a human, are 100% sure that that is a Fairdeal invoice just by looking at it. But how confident is Grooper? That's where's the confidence score comes in. To examine a Confidence Score on a Document:

# Click on a Document in the list to highlight it.
# Look for the '''Document Type''' field and the confidence score, typically shown next to the Document name or in a details panel.

Additional Notes on the Confidence Score:
* A Confidence Score of at least 60% is needed to classify a Document.
* When the difference of two scores is less than 2%, Grooper will leave the Document unclassified as a fail-safe.

== Correcting Errors ==
=== Assigning a Document Type to an Unclassified Document ===
If a Document was not classified, you can manually assign a Document Type using several methods:

Method 1: Right-Click and Assign
# Right-click the unclassified Document in the Document list.
# Select "Assign Document Type" from the context menu.
# In the "Assign Document Type" window, click "☰" at the end of the Content Type property to access the dropdown menu.
# Select the correct Document Type.
# Click Execute to apply.

Method 2: Using the Document Types Panel (Double-Click)
# Select the Document you wish to classify.
# In the '''Document Types''' panel, locate the desired Document Type.
# Double-click the Document Type to assign it to the selected Document.

Method 3: Using the Document Type Search Box
# Select the Document you wish to classify.
# Press the '''Tab''' key on your keyboard to move focus to the Document Type Search Box within the Document Types panel.
# Type the name of the Document Type you wish to assign.
# Press
Enter
to assign the selected Document Type to the Document.

=== Reclassifying a Misclassified Document ===
If a Document was assigned the wrong Document Type, you can reclassify it by doing the following:
# Select the misclassified Document in the Document list.
# Use any of the methods above (right-click, double-click in the Document Types panel, or the search box) to assign the correct Document Type.
# Confirm the new assignment. The Document will update to reflect the new classification.

== Completing the Review Process ==
To mark the review as complete:
# Ensure all required '''Completion Criteria''' are met. These criteria may include confirming all Documents are classified and any required corrections are made.
# Grooper will automatically prompt the user to complete the Review task; click "OK" to complete.
#* If this prompt does not appear, or has been cancelled, then click the "Complete Review" button — [[file: 2025_Classification_Viewer_Completing_the_Review_Checkmark_Button_01.png]].
#** If completion any criteria is unmet, this button will be greyed out, and thus unclickable.
