However, the box pointing to the Behaviors property is covering up the Node Tree, which obscures the selection of the Content Model. To that end, I think moving the aforementioned box to the right of the property would be prudent. You could then put a box around the Content Model in the Node Tree, or a box and a pointer; with the pointer saying something like "Select a Content Model", or whatever.
