2023.1:Change in Value Separation (Separation Provider)

This Separation Provider creates a new folder every time an extracted value changes from one page to another.

A Data Extractor is written to find a value on a page (such as an invoice number on invoices). This is set on the Value Extractor property. When the extractor returns a result on a page, the page is placed in a new folder, creating a new document. All subsequent pages returning the same value are subsequently included in the folder. Once a page is encountered returning a different value, a new folder (and thus new document) is created. Note, if the extractor fails to produce a result, no folder will be created. The page will remain loose in the Batch and the provider will move on to the next page to check if its value is different from the last one produced.
