Resource Files are nodes you can add to a package_2 Project and store any kind of file. Each Resource File stores one file. While you can use Resource Files to store any kind of file in a Project, there are several areas in Grooper that can reference Resource Files to one end or another, including XML schema files used for Grooper's XML Schema Integration.

Resource File objects are created by dragging and dropping a file onto a Project object within Grooper. These files become part of the Project's resources and can be referenced and utilized throughout the project for various purposes such as:

  • defining data structures
  • storing CSS style sheets used by multiple Content Models
  • keep Project notes in Grooper
  • providing scripts
  • supplying any other additional information required during the processing of documents
