About

The Grooper Web Client DOES NOT support Internet Explorer.

The following browsers are supported:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari

Other modern browsers may work but have not been fully tested.

After the Grooper Web Client is installed, Grooper users can connect to the Grooper website and access one or more Grooper Repositories. Different areas of the Grooper application can be accessed by one of nine main navigation pages.

The nine Grooper pages:

  • Home Page - Where Grooper users can navigate to other pages and see recent events in the Grooper Repository's event log.
  • Design Page - Where Grooper designers make processing resources like Batch Processes and Content Models and perform administrative functions.
  • Batches Page - Where Grooper Review users can select work from a list of Batches in production. This page also provides administrative functions to start and stop Batch processing, reset steps and update the Batch Processes assigned to Batches (if the user has appropriate rights granted to them).
  • Tasks Page - Where Grooper Review users can access a continuous flow of Review tasks. Filtering can be set to only receive Review tasks meeting a defined set of criteria.
  • Imports Page - Where Grooper users can perform ad-hoc (or "user directed") imports and view the status of Import Jobs created by an Import Watcher.
  • Jobs Page - Where Grooper users can inspect information about Processing Jobs executed by Activity Processing services.
  • Stats Page - Where Grooper users can generate reports about Batch processing statistics.
  • Search Page - Where Grooper users can perform search queries for documents indexed by Grooper AI Search.
  • Chat Page - Where Grooper users can select an AI Assistant, a conversational AI that is knowledgeable about different resources a Grooper designer connects to it. This can include documents, data in a database and data returned by an API.
