When talking about how AI Table Reader differs from Fluid Layout, I would capitalize Label Sets.
Something we might want to start saying in our AI Wiki articles for our examples is what model we used and how variable AI can be. There's also the possibility that since the article was written, there may or may not have been updates to LLM models and so each person's results might vary slightly when following along and trying to get the same results we do in our example. In your text where you go through the example, it sounds like when I follow your instructions I should get the exact same response, but with how AI is not always consistent, there might be some variation.
